Louisville City FC News Release
LOUISVILLE - After earning the team's seventh clean sheet in a 0-0 draw in front of nearly 10,000 people at Slugger Field on Saturday, Louisville City FC takes to the road for two straight this week-a midweek test against the Charlotte Independence and a weekend matchup with Richmond-as the club looks to build on the appointment of coach John Hackworth.
With another point added this weekend, City sits comfortably in fourth place on 40 points, three behind the Charleston Battery but with three games in hand. This week presents another opportunity to chip away at Eastern Conference leaders FC Cincinnati, who are still top the table with 51 points through 24 games played.
