The Loons home opener is the official kickoff to spring in the Great Lakes Bay Region and a variety of opening day festivities are planned for the Sunday, April 11 game versus the Lansing Lugnuts. Game time is scheduled for 3:05 PM with team introductions preceding the game. More details about opening day festivities will be announced in February.
"Opening day is a special occasion because it gives us a chance to introduce the new team to the fans," says Paul Barbeau, Loons President and GM. "We also want to make a great first impression with the new players and let and give them an idea of the support they'll be enjoying throughout the season."
Individual game ticket sales for the Loons remaining 69 home games will go on sale March 1. Full-, half-, and summer-season ticket packages as well as mini-plan and grass pass packages are currently available for sale both online and by calling 989-837-BALL.
