
Lookouts' Pitching Falters in 8-3 Loss

The Montgomery Biscuits scored eight runs, including four in the last two innings, to defeat the Lookouts, 8-3.
For the second consecutive night, the Biscuits scored four runs early. Chattanooga began to mount a comeback down three runs in the fifth inning. After Nick Quintana and James Free singles, the team loaded the bases on a Jacob Hurtubise walk. Matt McLain brought the team within two on an RBI single and got within one on a wild pitch.
The game remained in striking distance for the home team until the top of the eighth inning when the away team tacked on two more runs. They put the game out of reach with two more in the ninth to make it 8-3.
In the loss, Christian Encarnacion-Strand belted his second Lookouts home run, and Matt McLain went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
Tomorrow, the two teams close out the series at 2:15 p.m.
