A Look Around the Corner... Here is a look at some of the Lookouts' promotions for the August 2-6 home series against the Jacksonville Suns:

Thursday, August 2nd (7:15): The Lookouts will be giving away $1,000 to one lucky fan! Many others will receive valuable coupons that can be used for discounts around the stadium.

Friday, August 3rd (7:15): Myron Noodleman, the famous jester of baseball, will return to AT&T Field! Also, the first 1,000 kids will receive a baseball bat, courtesy of US101

August 14th to be Dogs' Day of Summer at AT&T Field

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - The Lookouts are, once again, teaming-up with the McKamey Animal Care and Adoption Center to host "Dogs on the Diamond at AT&T Field," which will allow dog owners to bring their beloved canine buddies to the Lookouts' home on Tuesday, August 14th.

The 7:15 game against the Tennessee Smokies will have numerous fun events involving pet owners and their dogs, including a Pooch Parade on the field before the game. The McKamey Animal Care and Adoption Center will also be

Cosme Tabbed Southern League Hitter of the Week

Cosme was instrumental in the Lookouts winning six straight games to climb atop the Southern League's North Division standings. The 28-year-old Cosme led the circuit with 11 RBI during the week on the strength of seven extra-base hits, including three home runs. Cosme delivered an RBI double and a game-tying two-run single as Chattanooga rallied for a 6-5 victory against Mississippi on July 23. The next night, Cosme went 4-for-4 with an RBI double and a two-run homer in a 7-5 triumph over the Braves.

Fisher Tabbed Southern League Pitcher of the Week

MARIETTA, GA - Fisher was an early riser to the occasion, breaking a personal four-game losing streak in style. In a Wednesday game that began at 11:05 a.m. CDT to honor Kids Day at Regions Park, Fisher allowed just one hit in seven innings of a 5-0 win against the Birmingham Barons. It was the first win since June 10 for the 24-year-old Fisher, who had gone 0-4 with a 9.55 ERA in between his most recent triumphs.
