Lookouts Drop Final Game of the Season

The Chattanooga Lookouts fell down 4-1 early in their 11-4 loss to the Tennessee Smokies.

Trailing 4-0 in the first, the Lookouts got on the board in their final game with a bang. Leftfielder Jacob Hurtubise launched the second pitch of today's contest over the right field wall for his first home run of the season.

Chattanooga would add two more solo shots, one by Daniel Vellojin in the second and one by Matt McLain in the third. Tennessee's offense continued to pile on runs with three in the sixth and two in the eighth.

Michael Byrne closed out the game with a scoreless inning. Chattanooga finishes the year, 61-75 and 27-40 in the second half.
