Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Chattanooga Lookouts offense erupted for a season-high 11 runs in their 11-7 victory against the Biscuits.
Top Reds prospect, and outfielder, Taylor Trammell started the offensive onslaught in the first inning with a well hit home run. His homer was his second of the season.
The Biscuits managed to retake the lead in the third, but Chattanooga tied it back up in the bottom of the inning. The back-and-forth affair continued in the fourth as Montgomery once again took the lead and Chattanooga once again tied it up.
In the fifth, RBI singles by Jesus Sanchez and Brendan McKay gave the visitors the 5-3 advantage. The lead did not last long, as the Lookouts offense kicked into gear. Alfredo Rodriguez and Luis Gonzalez started the rally with back-to-back singles. Rightfielder T.J. Friedl proceded to tie the game up on a two-run single. Jose Siri then cleared the bases on an inside-the-park home run. The inside-the-parker was the first ever allowed by the Montgomery Biscuits.
The team maintained the 7-4 lead until the eighth when they scored four more runs to bring their total to 11. Reliever Ty Boyles gets the win for the Lookouts after slinging two straight scoreless innings.
Game five of the series is set for tomorrow at 7:15 p.m. Two-way phenom Brendan McKay gets the start for the Biscuits against Major Leage Veteran, Rob Wooten.
