
Long-Time NBA Star Bryon Russell To Join Breakers

LONG BEACH, Ca--Former Long Beach State and Utah Jazz great, Bryon Russell, will be joining the Long Beach Breakers in their inaugural home opener this Sunday, November 18th at Long Beach City College. The game is scheduled to start at 730pm. Says Bryon Russell, 'this is a great opportunity for me to stay in game shape just in case one of those playoff teams (NBA) need a three point shooter to get them over the top, plus I love helping these young guys get to the next level'. Added team owner, Carl Williams, 'B Russ is the man, that's all I have to say!'

The Long Beach Breakers will hold their first annual charity dinner tonight benefiting Mller Children's Hospital and The Outflow Foundation at the Long Beach Petroleum Club, 3636 Linden Avenue. Cocktails at 5pm.
