
Lions running back race narrows by one

(Vancouver) BC Lions GM and head coach Wally Buono has narrowed his search for a running back by one this morning after releasing Charles Pierre.
The remaining candidates at the running back position hit the practice field twice today with the rest of the squad for two-hour sessions beginning at 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.
The Lions travel to Calgary to take on the defending Grey Cup champion Stampeders in preseason action on Wednesday, June 17th and will host the Edmonton Eskimos at BC Place on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:00 pm.
