The following is the Day 2 report from the 2009 Saskatchewan Roughrider Training Camp.
ROSTER MOVES
None
INJURIES
DB Derrick Johnson (hamstring) day to day
DL David Patterson (concussion) day to day
OL Jonathan St. Pierre (toe) day to day
DB Konrad Wasiela (hamstring) day to day
PLAYS OF THE DAY
On the offensive side, quarterback Dalton Bell connected with wide receiver Chris Jones who made a diving catch 35 yards downfield. On the defensive side of the ball, linebacker Sam Olajubutu made his presence known as he laid a solid hit on rookie running back Justin Beaver during today's second practice.
TONIGHT
Players will meet with their positional coaches and continue learning the playbook at Luther College.
TOMORROW
Players and coaches will once again hit the practice field at Mosaic Stadium for Day 3 of training camp. Practices will be held at 8:15 am and 10:45 am.
