LIBERTY CONTINUES TO HEAT UP THE WNBA
Tonight's Showdown Versus Detroit, 7:30PM at Madison Square Garden
The temperature is rising in Madison Square Garden, as the New York Liberty is off to its hottest start since the WNBA's 1997 inaugural season. The Liberty cooled off the Fever on Tuesday night, 78-67, making history, as it was the first matchup in WNBA history between undefeated teams with at least three wins. New York will have a chance to do it again tonight when it hosts the defending champion Detroit Shock (4-0). Heading into this evening's match-up, the Liberty hold the No. 1 spot in the WNBA rankings.
The Liberty will hit the road on Sunday for its second road trip of the season. Tune into MSG to see New York face Indiana, in a 7:00PM match-up.
