The Chicago White Sox have announced the following roster move affecting the Winston-Salem Dash:
- LHP Kyle Kubat promoted to Triple-A Charlotte from Winston-Salem
The former Nebraska star has shined so far this season, registering a 1-0 record with a 0.82 ERA in six outings with the Dash. In 11 innings pitched, Kubat has allowed just seven hits and two walks while striking out 14. This will be his second promotion to the Triple-A level, although he did not pitch when he was brought up in September of last year.
The Dash's current roster stands at 24 players, one shy of the Carolina League maximum, with three on the disabled list.
