Legends Announce 2021-22 Opening Night Roster

Texas Legends News Release

FRISCO, TX - The Texas Legends have announced the opening night roster for the 2021-22 season. The team waived Lamonte Bearden, Ike Smith, Eddie Stansberry, and Madit Tieny Dak during training camp to finalize the 12-man roster.

The roster includes three returning players, four affiliate players, two tryout players, and a draft pick. The team also has two Dallas Mavericks two-way players.

The Legends will hit the road for their first matchup of the season against the Lakeland Magic. The two teams will meet in a double-header Nov. 5th and 6th at 6pm CT. Texas will then host the Birmingham Squadron in their home opener the following weekend with a back-to-back Nov. 12th and 13th at 7:30pm at the Comerica Center.
