Las Vegas' Miller Suspended Three Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Las Vegas defenseman Gerard Miller for three games and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #30 against Ontario on Oct. 24.

Miller was assessed a match penalty under Rule 47.14 Fighting at 9:59 of the third period.

He is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Miller missed Las Vegas' game at Ontario (Oct. 25) and will miss Las Vegas' games vs. Stockton (Oct. 31) and at Phoenix (Nov. 3).
