Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Aces announced today that they have waived second-year guard Destiny Slocum.
The Aces selected the Arkansas alum with the 14th overall pick in the 2021 WNBA Draft. Slocum saw action in 21 of 32 regular season games last year for Las Vegas, and averaged 1.0 points on 31.8 percent shooting from the field in 6.4 minutes per game.
The 5-7 Boise, Idaho native set career highs with 6 points and 4 assists vs. Los Angeles on May 21, 2021.
