The Lakeshore Chinooks, Milwaukee's new baseball franchise, is this summer's hottest ticket.
The Chinooks join the Northwoods League, a summer wood bat league for college players.
The Chinooks will play 35 home games at the new Kapco Park this summer against league rivals such as the Madison Mallards and the Green Bay Bullfrogs.
- A new Milwaukee sports franchise is born . The Lakeshore Chinooks join the ranks of other Milwaukee sports teams such as the Brewers, Bucks, and Admirals.
- Fans in Southeastern Wisconsin are already talking about the Chinooks . Reserved seats for Opening Day are sold out! General admission seating will be available.
- A legendary owners group will gather to watch the first pitch thrown by Hall of Famer Robin Yount.
