Lake Erie Crushers Unveil Promotional Schedule for 2024

Avon, Ohio - The Lake Erie Crushers have released their promotional schedule for the upcoming 2024 season. Fans of all ages can look forward to a fun-filled summer of giveaways, theme nights, and celebrations, including post-game fireworks at EVERY Friday and Saturday home game starting in June.

The season kicks off with Opening Weekend beginning on Friday, May 10th as the Crushers take on the Gateway Grizzlies for Opening Day. All home box tickets for opening day are buy one, get one FREE ! To take advantage of this Opening Day BOGO offer, courtesy of Pepsi, use code PEPSI at checkout! Fans attending the game will receive a magnet schedule giveaway and will be treated post-game to a spectacular classic rock fireworks display. The three-game series continues on Saturday, May 11th, with more magnet schedule giveaways! Then, on May 12th, Sunday Fun Day presented by Main Event, all kids in attendance will have the opportunity to run the bases and collect player autographs.

New this season, fans can take advantage of the PEPSI Six-Pack offer , which includes tickets to FIVE Saturday fireworks games throughout the season and admission to the biggest fireworks show of the year on July 3rd. This exclusive package offers savings of over 20%, providing fans with an affordable way to enjoy the excitement of Crushers baseball and the best fireworks display in the region.

Highlights of the promotional schedule include:

Fireworks Extravaganza: Throughout the summer, fans can enjoy a total of 18 post-game fireworks nights, starting with Opening Weekend on Friday, May 10th. Starting in June, Crushers games will feature post-game fireworks on every Friday and Saturday home game!

Thirsty Thursdays: Quench your thirst with four Thirsty Thursdays, including three in August alone, offering half-off Great Lakes Brewing Company products and post-game karaoke.

Bark in the Park: Don't forget to bring your furry friends to the ballpark on Tuesdays for a special "Bark in the Park" promotion on five special occasions throughout the season, where dogs are welcome to cheer (and bark) on the Crushers. Bark in the Park Tuesdays will also feature dollar dogs ($1 hot dogs).

Super Splash Days : Cool off with the Crushers on June 19th and June 20th with super soakers, splash pads, and a post-game slip-n-slide on the field.

Cultural and Special Recognition Days: Fans can join us for Pride Night on June 8th, Military Appreciation Night on June 28th, Strike Out the Stigma on July 19th, Noche Latina on August 2nd, and Sensory Friendly Night on August 21st.

Sunday Fun Days : Whether it's casting spells for Wizarding Day on May 19th, channeling your inner hero on Superhero Day on June 9th, stepping into the glamorous world of Barbie on Barbie Day on July 14th, enjoying the magic and wonder of Fairytale Day on July 21st or the whimsical charm of cartoons on Cartoon Day on August 4th, there will be plenty of ways to make memories at the ballpark this season that go beyond the game itself.

All-American Week: Celebrate our nation all week beginning on July 2nd with "Paw-ty in the USA," continuing on July 3rd with Red, White and Boom (presented by The City of Avon) - the biggest fireworks show of the year - and culminating on July 4th with more fireworks and a Dress Like A Founding Father contest on America's Pastime Day.

Think Pink! Weekend: From July 12th through July 14th, join the Crushers in supporting the American Cancer Society with a Think Pink! Weekend. As part of the celebration, girls ages 12-14 can register for Girls and Women in Sports Night on July 13th for an opportunity to go behind the scenes with the Crushers. The weekend concludes on July 14th with Barbie Day. A Think Pink Jersey Auction supporting ACS will take place all weekend long. Fans can participate in the auction, as the players wear the jerseys, Friday-Sunday, and the auction concludes on Sunday.

Augtober and Winner's Week: Enjoy Augtober from August 9th through August 11th, featuring Crushtoberfest, College Football Kickoff, and Halloween Day. Then, gear up for Winners Weekend from August 23rd through August 25th, filled with fun games and FREE giveaways to thank all loyal Crushers fans.
