Lajoie Earns Central Star of the Week

St. Cloud, Minn. - The North American Hockey League (NAHL) announced the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending October 30, 2021. St. Cloud Norsemen forward Brandon Lajoie was awarded Central Division Star of the Week.

Lajoie was an offensive force in both games this past weekend as the Norsemen split a series against Minot. The 5'11/180 lbs. native of Eagle River, AK, totaled five points in the two games, which included four goals. On Friday, the former Team NAHL member had two goals and an assist in a 6-2 win. On Saturday, he scored two more goals in a 5-4 loss.

For the season, Lajoie is 4th in team scoring with 10 points in 11 games played so far during the 2021-22 season.

"Brandon has been a great addition to our program and brings a lot of experience. He is a great kid and teammate," said Norsemen head coach Corey Millen.

St. Cloud hosts Austin in a single game on Friday, November 5 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Athletic Complex in St. Cloud before hitting the road to play on the Bruins home ice for the first time this season on Saturday.
