Laguneros announce inaugural two-day tryout camp

Maywood, CA. The ABA Maywood Laguneros professional basketball team today announced that the Maywood Community Center will play host to the Maywood Languneros 2-Day Tryout Camp, September 24th and 25th. The community center is located in the heart of Maywood, California at 4801 E. 58th Street. For information and directions, call 323 562 5722.
The registration fee is $100. and valid photo identification is required. Sign in commences at 8am and evaluation begins at 9am. The tryout camp will last until 1pm. The fee covers both days; sign up is also available on the second day from 8-9am.
Head Coach and Los Angeles basketball legend, "Pooh" Richardson will be on hand with staff and help conduct evaluation. Tryout camp includes opportunity to make either of two preseason Laguneros rosters for pre-season and eventually an opportunity to make the opening day starting five for the inaugural 2005 Maywood Laguneros ABA season.
Laguneros front office staff, city officials, JBL representatives, among others, are scheduled to attend. RSVP as soon as possible and guarantee your spot.
