LAFC Hosts Galaxy in Western Conference Semifinal on Thursday Night

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) begins its Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs campaign on Thursday, October 24 against the Galaxy at Banc of California Stadium. Tomorrow's Western Conference Semifinal is scheduled to kick-off at 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, ESPN 710 AM, 980 AM 'La Mera Mera.'
After breaking the MLS single-season points record, LAFC clinched the 2019 Supporters' Shield, along with a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the MLS Cup Playoffs. The Club finished the year atop the league standings with 72 points (21-4-9 record).
Thursday's contest will be the first-ever postseason meeting between LAFC and the Galaxy. During the regular season, LAFC dropped a 3-2 contest on July 19 at Dignity Health Sports Park, before drawing 3-3 on August 25 at Banc of California Stadium.
The winner of tomorrow's match will take on the winner of Seattle Sounders FC and Real Salt Lake in the Western Conference Final on Tuesday, October 29.
