The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) hosts Austin FC on Saturday, Apr 8. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. PT at BMO Stadium and will be available on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV/ FOX/ ESPNLA 710 AM/ 980 AM).

The Black & Gold return to MLS regular season action after defeating the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-0 in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Concacaf Champions League on Wednesday night.

Saturday's contest will feature the seventh ever meeting between LAFC and Austin FC. The Black & Gold lead the series with four wins and two losses (12 points) vs. Austin (6 points).

NEWS & NOTES

LAFC enters this match up vs. Austin siting in third place in the West with 11 points in with a 3-0-2 (W-L-T).

Saturday's contest features the first meeting between both sides since LAFC's 3-0 win vs. Austin in the 2022 Western Conference Final on October 30, 2022.

LAFC is one of three clubs that have yet to concede a loss in the 2023 season along with FC Cincinnati and Minnesota United.

Forward Denis Bouanga is off to a hot start in 2023 scoring eight goals and three assists, including a hattrick and two braces in the last eight games played across all competitions for the Black and Gold.
