
LAFC Earns 5-3 Victory over Montreal Impact to Finish Six-Game Road Streak

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) scored four unanswered goals in the second half to defeat 10-man Montreal Impact 5-3 on Saturday afternoon at Saputo Stadium. LAFC got on the scoresheet in the 24th minute via a Laurent Ciman free kick after the home side had gone up 2-0 in the first 16 minutes. Montreal would add their third of the match minutes before the interval.
In the second stanza, LAFC would take control and quickly tie things up with goals in the 52nd (Benny Feilhaber) and 57th (own goal - Jukka Raitala) minutes. Carlos Vela would then tally his fifth of the season from the penalty spot in the 83rd minute before Latif Blessing's tap-in four minutes later sealed LAFC's fourth victory this season.
