The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) remained unbeaten at home, defeating the Philadelphia Union 4-1 at Banc of California Stadium on Saturday night.

Adama Diomande scored three goals for the Black and Gold, the first hat trick ever recorded by an LAFC player (25', 43', 55'). The Norwegian forward has now scored seven goals in his first five games for the Club, setting a new MLS record for the most goals after just five games. This is Diomande's second hat trick under Bob Bradley (2015 Stabæk Fotball, Tippeligaen, Norweigan First Division). Forward Latif Blessing scored the final goal for the Black and Gold in the 90' + 6.

LAFC travels south after the weekend to take on the Houston Dynamo on Tuesday, July 3 at 6:00 p.m. PT (YouTube TV, Unimas, ESPN LA 710 AM, 980 AM) at BBVA Compass Stadium.

LAFC currently sits in third place in the Western Conference with an 9-3-4 (30 points) record.
