The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) earned a 4-2 victory over Houston Dynamo at Banc of California Stadium on Friday evening, moving the Club to second place in the Western Conference with a 16-8-8 (56 points) record. Forward Adama Diomande scored the third for the home team in the 53rd minute, before Walker Zimmerman scored his fourth of the season five minutes later. Vela would score again in the 78th, bringing the score to 4-1 before Houston midfielder Andrew Wenger scored the final goal of the match.

LAFC returns to action next Sunday, October 21 when the Club takes on the Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the last regular season home game at Banc of California Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on YouTube TV, UniMás KFTR 46, ESPN 710 and 980 AM.
