Forward Adama Diomande scored the third for the home team in the 53rd minute, before Walker Zimmerman scored his fourth of the season five minutes later. Vela would score again in the 78th, bringing the score to 4-1 before Houston midfielder Andrew Wenger scored the final goal of the match.
