
LAFC Continues to be a Force for Good in Los Angeles with 'July Month of Giving'

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) invites fans and supporters to join the Club as a 'Force For Good' in the Los Angeles community by celebrating LAFC's 'July Month of Giving'. Throughout the month of July, the Black & Gold will host numerous volunteer opportunities and community activations encouraging LAFC fans to give back to our incredible community.
Throughout July, the Club will host events and encourage fans to participate alongside LAFC players and personnel in giving back to the community by partnering with organizations including #HashtagLunchbag and Shoes That Fit, LAFC aims to impact the lives of over 3,000 Angelenos.
LAFC kicks off the month with sandwich making at Banc of California Stadium, as part of #HashtagLunchbag's initiative to feed and feel love. Fans are invited to Banc of California Stadium to watch the Final of the Women's World Cup and to make bag lunches, complete with friendly messages of love for those in need.
Other highlights include a city clean-up on Saturday, July 20th, a school supply drive on Friday, July 26th and a morning of volunteering at the LA Food Bank on Saturday, July 27th. The month concludes with a shoe donation to Shoes That Fit, an organization that tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty, giving kids in need new athletic shoes before they attend school.

#HashtagLunchbag & Women's World Cup Final Watch Party
WHEN: Sunday, July 7
WHERE: Banc of California Stadium
TIME: 10:00 a.m. PT
LAFC fans, staff and family are invited to participate in sandwich bag making at Banc of California Stadium. All prepared sandwich bags and supplies will be donated to the homeless in Downtown Los Angeles.
The Club is set to host a Women's World Cup watch party in the Northwest Plaza on Sunday morning beginning at 8:00am PT. Sandwich making will begin after the match concludes.
City Clean-Up
WHEN: Saturday, July 20
WHERE: TBD
TIME: 10:00am PT
Continuing our goal to be a force for good in the community, LAFC invites fans out for a city clean-up in the heart of Los Angeles. Gloves, trash bags and refreshments will be available for those involved.
School Supply Drive
WHEN: Friday, July 26
WHERE: Banc of California Stadium
Ahead of the upcoming school year, LAFC is encouraging fans to bring school supplies to the LAFC vs. Atlanta United match for donation. A list of suggested items for donation will be posted on the Club's social media accounts the week leading up to the match.
LA Food Bank
WHEN: Saturday, July 27
WHERE: Los Angeles Regional Food Bank
TIME: 9:00 a.m. PT - 12:00 p.m. PT
LAFC invites fans to join the Black & Gold staff at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank for a morning of giving. Volunteers will prep meals for local families in need.
Shoes That Fit
WHEN: Tuesday, July 30
LAFC is partnering with Shoes That Fit to donate 100 pairs of shoes to local students in the Los Angeles community.
Shoes That Fit tackles one of the most visible signs of poverty by giving kids in need new athletic shoes to attend school. The organization helps more than 131,000 children annually at over 2,500 schools across the United States.
Staff Clothing Drive - All Month Long
An internal initiative within the Club, LAFC staff will be donating gently used clothing throughout the month of July. All collected items will be donated to the Union Rescue Mission.
