"La Super Copa" Semifinals Set

Washington, D.C. (April 21, 2010) - D.C. United announced today the semifinal pairings for the fifth edition of La Super Copa. The semifinal matches will be played on Saturday, April 24 at the RFK Stadium Auxiliary Fields with Aegean Hawks taking on Juventus de Suitland at noon and Victoria taking on Tiataco at 2 p.m. ET. Admission for all games is free of charge. La Super Copa, presented by Volkswagen, is sponsored by Verizon Wireless, adidas and D.C. Lottery.
The Super Copa Final will be played on May 1 at the RFK Stadium Auxiliary Fields at 1 p.m., before United's League game against the New York Red Bulls at 4 p.m. There will be a cash prize of $5,000 for the winner and $2,000 for the runner-up as well as team trophies and individual medals.
