
LA Sparks Announce 2021 Theme Night Schedule

LOS ANGELES - The three-time WNBA champion Los Angeles Sparks announced today the 2021 Theme Night schedule for the season. Following the Home Opener on May 14, the Sparks next home game is June 3 at 7:30 p.m. PT against the Indiana Fever. Fourtime WNBA champion Seimone Augustus, who recently announced her retirement and joined the Sparks coaching staff, will be honored pre-game.
On Saturday June 5 against the Chicago Sky at Noon PT on ESPN, the Sparks will host their Pride Day game, sponsored by the LA County Department of Public Health. The Sparks next ESPN game, June 20 at 1 p.m. PT against the New York Liberty, will be the '97' game, paying homage to the first-ever WNBA game which took place in 1997 between the Sparks and Liberty.
July will feature Sneakerhead Night (July 2), presented by Nike, and Service/Mental Health Awareness Night (July 4), presented by Anthem Blue Cross. After the Olympic Break on Aug. 15, the Sparks will host the seventh annual #WeAreWomen game, presented by EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, followed by Take Me Back Tuesday Night on Aug. 17.
The Sparks finish the 2021 theme night schedule with Noche Latina on Sept. 9 and Fan Appreciation Night on Sept. 12, presented by EquiTrust Life Insurance Company. The Sparks full broadcast and theme night schedule can be found at lasparks.com.
