LOS ANGELES - The LA Galaxy (2-0-0, 6 pts) will travel to Lumen Field for a match on Sunday, May 2 against Seattle Sounders FC (1-1-0, 4 points) live on FS1 and Fox Deportes at 6:00 p.m. PT.

The Galaxy are 10-9-11 all-time against Sounders FC, including 4-5-5 in matches played at Lumen Field. In the last meetup between both teams, the Galaxy earned a 1-1 draw at Dignity Health Sports Park on November 4, 2020 behind a goal from LA Galaxy forward Javier Hernandez.

The LA Galaxy hosted their 2021 MLS Home Opener at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday afternoon and earned a 3-2 win over New York Red Bulls with a hat-trick from LA Galaxy forward Javier Hernandez in the club's second consecutive win of the 2021 MLS Regular Season. Hernandez has become just the second player in MLS history to score five goals in a team's opening two games of the season. With the result, the LA Galaxy are now 2-0-0 (6 points) in the 2021 MLS Regular Season with six goals scored and four conceded. The Galaxy are the only MLS team with six points this season and sit in first place in the MLS standings.
