
LA Galaxy Travel North for Road Game against Vancouver

CARSON, Calif. (Monday, March 30, 2015) - The LA Galaxy will train at StubHub Center this week ahead of a MLS Regular Season matchup on the road at BC Place against Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday, April 4. The match kicks off at 7:00 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes. LA Galaxy II will play at StubHub Center's Track & Field Stadium against Arizona United SC in a USL contest on Thursday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m. PT.
The Galaxy (1-1-2, 5 points) are 8-1-2 all-time against Vancouver Whitecaps FC (3-1-0, 9 points), scoring 23 goals in the 11 games played head to head. In matches played at BC Place, the Galaxy have gone 1-1-2. In their most recent contest, the Galaxy defeated Vancouver, 2-0 at StubHub Center behind goals from Landon Donovan and Marcelo Sarvas. Saturday's match will mark the first of two times the teams will play each other this season, with the second match coming Saturday, June 6 at StubHub Center.
The Galaxy suffered their first loss of the year on Saturday when they fell to D.C. United at RFK Stadium as a stoppage-time goal from Chris Pontius gave the hosts all three points.
For Saturday's contest, the Galaxy will see the return of Robbie Keane, Jaime Penedo, Gyasi Zardes, Bradford Jamieson and Oscar Sorto who were away on national team duty during the match against D.C. United.

All Galaxy II home matches will feature $2 beer, free parking for all fans, free entrance for fans ages 12 and under with all LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members having season tickets to Galaxy II home matches.
