LA Galaxy Launch TOGETHER AT HOME Campaign

March 27, 2020 - Major League Soccer (MLS) - LA Galaxy News Release

LOS ANGELES - The LA Galaxy announced today the launch of the TOĆ°ĀĀ•Ā²ETHER AT HOME campaign, a club-wide initiative to support, engage and inform LA Galaxy fans and the Los Angeles community amidst effects from COVID-19.

LA Galaxy Foundation and Supporters' Groups Support LA Regional Food Bank

COVID-19 is disproportionately impacting lower-income communities. School closures, changes in work schedules and social isolation are layering extra burdens on our neighbors throughout Los Angeles County.

The LA Galaxy, along with Victoria Block, have collected and donated over 300 lbs. of canned food to LA Regional Food Bank, which is working hard to meet the needs of those impacted by COVID-19, as well as individuals who typically need assistance.

Those interested in supporting the LA Regional Food Bank can donate at www.lafoodbank.org/donate. Donations help provide food to those affected by the closing of schools and other businesses. Four meals are provided for every $1 donated.

Virtual Care Anywhere with Dignity Health

As the official healthcare partner of the LA Galaxy, Dignity Health is offering virtual urgent care visits 24/7. In efforts to protect the community from further spread of the virus, they encourage fans to diagnose symptoms from home. Anyone experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of COVID-19 can receive a free virtual visit with code COVID19. All other virtual visits will be $35. Additional details on Virtual Care Anywhere can be found here.

To access a virtual urgent care visit, go to www.dignityhealth.org/virtualcareanywhere, download the Virtual Care Anywhere app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or call 855.356.8053. For more information on COVID-19 from our Healthcare partner, please visit www.dignityhealth.org/coronavirus-disease-2019.
