
L.A. Clippers Assign Branden Dawson to Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids Drive News Release
The following was released by the Los Angeles Clippers regarding the reassignment of Branden Dawson to the Grand Rapids Drive pursuant to the flexible assignment rule.
The assignment is the 168th of the 2015-16 campaign and Dawson is one of 54 NBA players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
Dawson will return to jersey number 22 while with the Drive.
Grand Rapids' next game is set for Jan. 8 at 1 p.m. EST against the Oklahoma City Blue, the NBA D-League Affiliate of the Oklahoma City Thunder for the 2016 NBA Development League Showcase in Santa Cruz, California. In last season's Showcase Cup, the Drive finished second overall in the tournament.
