Kyries Hebert to kick off second edition of Lace it up! Football for her fundraiser

Montreal, March 18, 2015 - Montreal Alouettes' star linebacker Kyries Hebert will once again renew his close involvement with the community on Sunday, March 29 when the Ky Cares Foundation hosts the second edition of the annual "Lace it up! Football for her" fundraiser at the Club Sportif MAA located at 2070, Peel in downtown Montreal.

More than 100 female participants are expected to take part in the second edition of Lace it up! and they can expect a fun-filled day of learning, training and fundraising to benefit the Cedars Cancer Foundation. All proceeds will be going to the Breast Clinic at the Royal Victoria Hospital. Following an onsite football basics learning session, participants will be welcomed to join in various activities such as a live auction, games, contests, as well as an open-forum Q&A where they will be able to mingle and chat with the players.

Ky Cares Foundation works hard to positively affect the lives of the youth in and around the Montreal community through motivational speeches in churches and schools. Aside from creating programs to enrich the lives of youth; the Ky Cares Foundation is also dedicated to taking an active role in fundraising for Breast Cancer research.
