Kolarik Reassigned to Syracuse

Syracuse, NY (January 21, 2005) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that center Tyler Kolarik has been reassigned from Dayton (ECHL) to Syracuse.

Kolarik, 23, has appeared in 35 games with Dayton this season, recording 12 goals, 13 assists and 43 penalty minutes. In 130 career games with Harvard (ECAC), Kolarik recorded 49 goals, 67 assists and 112 penalty minutes. A native of Abington, Pennsylvania, Kolarik was selected by Columbus in the fifth round, 150th overall, in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.

The Crunch hosts St. John's tonight, January 21 for Empire Vision Centers Poster Night, when every fan in attendance will receive a Crunch poster, compliments of Empire Vision Centers. On Saturday, January 22, Syracuse hosts Rochester for Quickway Trading Card Night. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive the first 13 of the 25 2004-05 trading card set. The remaining 12-card set will be available, beginning that night, at area Quickway locations.
