
Knights Pick up Mastromonica in Trade

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Knights confirmed a trade Thursday morning, acquiring forward Anthony Mastromonica from the Johnstown Tomahawks.
An 18 year old forward out of Kings Park, NY, Mastrominca adds size to the offense, standing 6'3?, weighing in at over 200lbs. During his time with Johnstown, the '00 birth year registered two assists in 10 games.
Mastromonica spent the 2017-18 season playing in both the USPHL and Midget hockey at the Selects Hockey Academy. The lefty shot registered 56 points in 60 games between both levels, amassing 24 goals in the season.
In 2016, Mastromonica was originally selected in the USHL Draft by the Omaha Lancers.
Anthony wore #54 with the Tomahawks before being acquired.
