
Knights acquire Bryan Rodney

London Knights News Release
LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has acquired London native Bryan Rodney from the Kingston Frontenacs in exchange for Adam Nemeth, Bobby Bolt and a 6th Round Draft Pick in 2005. Rodney, 20 will begin his 5th season in the Ontario Hockey League after spending 2 season's in Ottawa and 2 season's in Kingston. Rodney attended the Detroit Red Wings Rookie Camp this September and is an NHL Free Agent. Rodney will join the London Knights in time for their game with the Kitchener Rangers on Friday, September 24, 2004.
Nemeth, 18 will begin his 3rd season in the Ontario Hockey League after being the Knights 2nd Round Choice in the 2002 OHL Draft from the Tecumseh Chiefs. Bolt, 17 will begin his 1st full season in the OHL after being selected by the Knights in the 3rd Round at the 2003 OHL Draft. The London Knights open their 2004-2005 home schedule on Sunday, September 26, 2004 when the Kitchener Rangers visit the John Labatt Centre at 2:00 PM.
