
Knighthawks to practice Friday night

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Knighthawks will practice on Friday, January 13th at All Star Sports Arena in Irondequoit, NY. The session will run from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the facility at 557 East Ridge Road. The practice is free and open to the public. Players and coaches will be available for autographs following the workouts.
The K-Hawks (0-1) plays their home opener on Saturday, January 14th against the National Lacrosse League defending champion Toronto Rock (0-1) at 7:35 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial.
The first 10,000 fans will receive a magnet schedule from ESL Federal Credit Union. Fans arriving early can also take home a Knighthawks T-shirt while supplies last. The game will be webcast on the B2 Networks and televised tape delayed at 10:00 p.m. on WB16.
