
KSTC-TV To Rebroadcast Two Swarm Road Games

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The National Lacrosse League's (NLL) Minnesota Swarm and KSTC.TV, Channel 45 jointly announced today that two Swarm road games will be rebroadcast by KSTC.TV during the 2006 NLL season. Minnesota's game at Philadelphia on Saturday, January 14 will be rebroadcast on KSTC.TV on Wednesday, January 18 at 9:00 PM and the Swarm's game at Toronto on Friday, March 3 will be rebroadcast on KSTC.TV on Wednesday, March 8 at 10:00 PM. These two games are part of the NLL Game of the Week package for the 2006 season. The weekly syndicated broadcasts will bring NLL action into at least 30 million homes each week, with additional regions expected to join the broadcasts in the coming weeks.

KSTC.TV, Channel 45, is the Twin Cities only independent television broadcast station and debuted in September of 2000. Owned and operated by Hubbard Broadcasting, KSTC.TV joined KSTP-TV (5 Eyewitness News) as Minnesota's first "duopoly": two stations owned by the same broadcasting company in a designated market area. In addition to being the only fully independent free over-the-air UHF television station, Channel 45 offers unique local and syndicated programming as well as local sports and entertainment. Channel 45 can also be found on cable channel 12 in most areas of the Twin Cities.
