
Kings Recall Two Goaltenders

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have recalled Monarchs goaltender Martin Jones and goaltender Jean-Francois Berube from the Ontario Reign (ECHL), Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.
Jones, 23, played in 56 regular season games for the Monarchs this season and posted a 27-25-4 record, a .919 save percentage, a 2.53 goals-against-average and five shutouts. He also played in four playoff games for the Monarchs.
Berube, 21, played in 24 regular season games for the Reign and posted a 15-6-2 record, a .910 save percentage, a 2.24 goals-against-average and one shutout. He also played in two regular season games with the Monarchs and in 10 playoff games for the Reign. Berube practiced with the Kings yesterday and this morning.
