Kingfish add Sullivan
January 5, 2003 - ECHL (ECHL)
Baton Rouge Kingfish News Release
The Baton Rouge Kingfish announced today that they have acquired right wing Dan Sullivan in a trade with the Roanoke Express for cash.
Sullivan began the season with the Express where he tallied 4 goals and 7 assists for 11 points in 25 games.
Last season in the Ontario Hockey League, the Weston, Ont., native recorded 36 points in 60 games with the Owen-Sound Attack off 17 goals and 19 assists.
Sullivan will help fill some gaps in the Kingfish line-up as Steve Cheredaryk, Forrest Gore, Brian Leitza, Sean Peach, Garnet Jacobson and Ryan Trsek have missed the last two Kingfish games due to injuries.
Sullivan should be available for today's game in Pensacola at 5:00 p.m.
