April 4, 2018 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Prince Albert Raiders News Release
Prince Albert, SK - Parker Kelly's season isn't over yet.
The Camrose, AB product will join the Belleville Senators - the AHL affiliate of the Ottawa Senators - for the remainder of their season. Including tonight's game against the Springfield Thunderbirds, the Senators have six games left this season.
"It should be fun," said Kelly. "It should be pretty cool to go learn from some of those older guys and see what they have and I'm really excited to see what it brings."
Kelly signed an entry-level contract with the Ottawa Senators prior to the season. Rejoining the Raiders for the second game of the year, Kelly played in 69 games this year. He scored 29 goals and added 30 assists during the year.
In the WHL Playoffs, Kelly had three goals and an assist in the seven-game defeat to the top-seeded Moose Jaw Warriors.
