
Kelly Named as Finalist for CHL Most Valuable Player

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs Hockey Club, in conjunction with the Central Hockey League, today announced that All-Star forward Brent Kelly has been named as a finalist for the CHL's Most Valuable Player award.
Kelly leads the league in goals (40) and is one of six nominees for the year-end award. Other nominees include Jeff Christian and Chris Richards of the Youngstown SteelHounds, John DeCaro of the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, Justin Quenneville of the Corpus Christi Rayz and the Colorado Eagles' Riley Nelson.
Ballots for the 2006-07 year-end awards are completed by each team's Head Coach, Communications Staff and selected local media.
