Adirondack Frostbite News Release

Glens Falls, NY – The Adirondack Frostbite, proud member of the United Hockey League (UHL), announced today that the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League have called-up Frostbite right wing Justin Kelly. He will remain with the Falcons until further notice.

Kelly, 23, is currently the fourth leading scorer on the Frostbite team with 55 points (25g, 35a), even after missing over a month with a knee injury. He was chosen to play in the 2005 UHL All-Star Classic and has been a great addition to the Adirondack Frostbite this season after being assigned by the Springfield Falcons (AHL). Last season Kelly split time between the Lowell Lock Monsters (AHL) and Las Vegas Ramblers (ECHL), where he earned a spot on the Western Conference All-Star squad. Prior to playing in the states Kelly spent five seasons in the Western Hockey League (WHL).

The Frostbite return to action Wednesday at home against the Elmira Jackals. Face off is at 7:05. The Frostbite will celebrate St. Patrick's Day that night, which means everyone who wears green gets $3 off their ticket. Tickets are on sale now at the Glens Falls Civic Center or by calling 798-0202. Group tickets, for the 2004-05 season and 2005-06 season tickets are available by calling 926-PUCK.
