South Carolina Stingrays News Release

If you can't make it to the games, the Stingrays will have a collection box in their office throughout the summer until the First Day Festival in August. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity.

SECOND SEASON SUB-PLOTS

The Stingrays are looking to make their second consecutive trip to the Conference Finals to play the Cincinnati Cyclones.

Rookie Nikita Kashirsky leads the team in points with 11 (3 goals, 8 assists).

Matt Scherer continues to lead the team in goals with six scored.

The Stingrays now have a 3-2 series lead over the Florida Everblades with game six tonight at 7:30.

For up to date Stingrays coverage you can visit the Stingrays website.

Stingrays playoff tickets can be purchased at the box office or through ticket master. You can also call the front office at (843)744-2248 to purchase discounted group tickets or to sign up for 'Pay for Play'.

THE REST ON THE QUEST

The Las Vegas Wranglers took a 3-2 series lead over the Stockton Thunder with a 4-2 win in Las Vegas last night.

Cincinnati's Dustin Sproat leads all rookies in goals with seven.

Both Alaska and Cincinnati await their opponent for the Conference Finals.

BLAST FROM THE PAST

If both the Stingrays and the Las Vegas Wranglers can close out their best-of-seven game series, and

both have the opportunity to do so tonight, that will mean there will be three teams in the Conference

Finals that were there last year. Last season 'Final Four' teams were South Carolina, Cincinnati, Las Vegas

and Utah. Utah is the only team of the four that has been knocked out of the playoffs so far.
