SALT LAKE CITY - Utah Blaze WR Shaun Kauleinamoku has earned two weekly honors for his record-setting performance against the San Antonio Talons in Week 12. In addition to being named the Russell Athletic Offensive Player of the Week, Kauleinamoku also received the AFL Playmaker of the Week Award.
Against the Talons, Kauleinamoku (5-10, 185, Western Oregon) set a Utah Blaze franchise record by racking up 363 all-purpose yards. The fleet-footed wideout totaled nine receptions for 159 yards and two touchdowns, as he hauled in two passes of over 30 yards while producing seven first downs.
