CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Jungle Kats announced today that they have acquired quarterback Kelvin Robinson.
Robinson, the former Alabama A&M quarterback, joins the Jungle Kats after playing as the backup with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers in 2006. Last season, Robinson appeared in eight games with the Pioneers, completing 16 of 35 passes for 239 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 1 interception.
The Jungle Kats are currently in a bye-week, but will be back on the field next Friday, April 13th, when they travel to Louisville to take on the division-rival Fire at 6:15pm. The Kats return to U.S. Bank Arena on May 5th to take on the Fort Wayne Fusion at 7:30pm.
