
Kastelic and Elder Lead Hitmen to Win

Regina, SK - Mark Kastelic and Kaden Elder both tallied three points each to lead the Calgary Hitmen past the Regina Pats 5-2 on Tuesday night at the Brandt Centre.
Kastelic scored twice and added an assist while Elder collected three helpers.
Carson Focht, in his hometown, also added a pair of goals for Calgary with James Malm chipping in a single to extend his point scoring streak to five games.
The Hitmen have now won three in a row outscoring their opponents by a combined 13-4.
Austin Pratt and Sergei Alkhimov did the Regina scoring for a Pats team who trailed 2-1 after the first period and 4-2 through 40 minutes.
Calgary outshot the Pats 38-23 with goaltender Jack McNaughton making 21 saves to pick up the victory.
The Hitmen are back action tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 30 in Swift Current against the Broncos. Radio Broadcast on Sportsnet 960-The Fan begins at 6:00 p.m. MT.
It's then back home for the start of "The Corral Series" presented by Adrenalin Source for Sports on Friday, Feb. 1 against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Game time is 7:00 p.m. at the Stampede Corral.
