K-Wings Live to Occur in Wheeling

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the ECHL, two-time defending North Division Champions, reigning Eastern Conference Champions and National Hockey League affiliate to the Vancouver Canucks and New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League's Albany Devils, announces the team's weekly radio show "K-Wings Live" will take place tomorrow, Monday, April 2nd at the WesBanco Arena, the site of Game One of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Depending on if there is Game Five of the Quarterfinal series, "K-Wings Live" will return to Old Burdick's Wings West on Monday, April 9th.

Tomorrow's show will feature interviews from the head coach Nick Bootland, as well forward Kory Karlander and defenseman Wes O'Neill. The show is hosted by the "Voice of the K-Wings" Mike Modugno and airs 6-7 p.m. Monday's on 95.9 FM WLKM.

Kalamazoo will begin the Kelly Cup Playoffs on the road against the Wheeling Nailers in game one of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals on Tuesday, April 3rd at the WesBanko Arena.

The K-Wings will return home to Wings Stadium on Friday, April 6th at 7:30 p.m. versus the Nailers in game three of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

Single-game tickets for the upcoming 2011-2012 season are on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office. Ticket Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. For more information, please call Wings Stadium Ticket Office during regular business hours at (269) 345-5101.

Tickets for the K-Wings round one playoff games are $16.05 and $19.95 for adults, $15.05 for seniors (62 years and older) and military (with proper ID) and only $10.05 for kids ages 12 and under. Fans can save money by purchasing K-Wings single game tickets in advance because tickets purchased on the day of a game increase by $1.
