DANVILLE, Va. -- The game between the Danville Braves and the Burlington Royals scheduled for July 3 has been postponed due to rain.
The postgame fireworks will also be rescheduled for a later date and will be announced as soon as it has been decided.
The D-Braves will look to snap their seven game skid against the Pulaski Mariners Thursday as the team heads back to Pulaski for the second time this season.
Danville returns home Wednesday July 10 for their first matchup of the season with the Kingsport Mets. The final game of that series will be the 20th Anniversary Card Set giveaway featuring cards from old Danville teams. Special packs will include autographs for former D-Braves players including Andrelton Simmons, Evan Gattis, and Craig Kimbrel.
