Bristol Sox Rained Out for July 3
July 3, 2013 - Appalachian League (ApL)
Bristol White Sox News Release
The Bristol White Sox have announced that due to inclement weather throughout the region, this evening's games with the Pulaski Mariners, and the Fireworks Night show set to follow the games, have been rained out.
Per Appalachian League policy, the two games will be rescheduled as part of doubleheaders, when the team meet at the end of July in Pulaski.
Fans with ticket stubs from Monday's rain-shortened game may redeem them for admission at the Sox-Cardinals game in Bristol on July 13.
The Sox anticipate that the much-anticipated Fireworks show will be rescheduled for a date later in the season.
After a three game series in Greeneville, the Sox will return home Sunday evening at 6 pm to face to Danville Braves.
