Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks News Release

DANBURY, CT - The Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks (9-28-3-0, 21 pts) are right back at Danbury Arena following a 3-2 loss on Thursday night for a Friday afternoon matchup against the Maine Nordiques (12-21-2-3, 29 pts),.

The Hat Tricks clawed back from a 3-0 deficit on Thursday night, climbing within a goal late. With an empty net, Danbury couldn't find the tying goal despite multiple chances in front of Maine's net.

Boris Skalos and Marian Haborak continue to stay hot, filling the stat sheet for a combined one goal and six assists over the last four games.

Two forwards, Gabe Dombrowski and Jazz Krivtsov remain atop the team in both the goals and points columns. After a slow start to the season, both Krivtsov and Dombrowski have been point-per-game players.

Head coach Billy McCreary says the message to his team for tomorrow is simple.

"Better start, play a full 60 and be more competitive across the board," said McCreary.

Following Friday's game, the Hat Tricks and Nordiques will play twice more this season, both games at Danbury Arena.

Friday's game starts at 3:30 p.m. and can be seen on HockeyTV.
