
Jr Blues Fall to Topeka

The Jr Blues fell to the Topeka Roadrunners Friday night by the score of 6-3.
The Jr Blues go the scoring going with a goal from Sam Craggs off the assist from Anthony Scarsella to give the Jr Blues a 1-0 lead at the 14:30 mark of the 1st period. The Roadrunners would then score 5 unanswerd goals until Craggs scored his second of the goal of the game off another assist from Scarsella to cut the lead to 5-2. Brennan Blaszczak scored off the assist from Joey Lupo to cut the lead to 5-3 at the 15:32 mark of the 3rd period. Topeka added one more goal to give the game the final score of 6-3.
The same teams play again Saturday night at the Nelson Center. Saturday night is Scout Night wher ethe first 200 pre-registered scouts can get a merit badge courtesy of Lee O'Keefe Insurance Agency. Fitness for All will be giving away an air hockey table and their will be a post game Skate WIth the Team. Doors open at 6, puck drops at 7.
